Dear Tom and Jay,
I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how helpful Jenny and Keith have been with the installation of our deck at 138 Devonshire. Jenny was a great communicator and worked very hard to stay in touch with us throughout the process. She inspired our confidence and we appreciated her extra effort. With regard to the issue of the "striped lumber," she was our liasion with the lumber company and helped resolve every aspect of the issue in a very timely fashion, down to having the lumber company haul the defective lumber away. She is a great representative for All Decked Out, and I would definitely recommend your company to my friends based on working with her and Keith.
Keith was fantastic to work with--a hard worker, knowledgeable, courteous, and a great craftsman. The construction of our deck is definitely well above average, and the design is outstanding--just what we wanted. We enjoyed working with him and appreciate all the extra time he took to make things right. It was a learning process with regard to the kiln dried wood with the marks/stripes, but he handled it graciously and professionally.
Please feel free to add us to your list of references, and I think the deck will advertise itself when people come over. It is a dramatic improvement. The deck is great!
Also, what other home projects do you do? In the next year, we will probably do a bathroom remodel. Would your company do that type of work?

* This memo is a comment on the recent deck construction you completed at my home. I deliberately waited until several weeks after completion so I could accomplish the waterproofing/staining process and get a good feel for my level of satisfaction with your work.
I am extremely satisfied with your service. The entire process, from estimate, to construction, to clean up was accomplished professionally,
timely and within cost constraints.
My new deck is beautiful, just as you told me it would be. I paid you the exact amount you originally quoted me, not a nickel more. The craftsman you
sent to complete the work, Kieth, was absolutely dynamite. This guy worked so I hard I was embarrassed that I couldn't do a better job providing him
with refreshments along the way. He was an absolute perfectionist and built my deck as if it were his own. Even my six year old daughter commented
about how good he was, in addition to being super nice to her along the way.
As I was receiving multiple estimates during my selection process, Tom Culp impressed me with his complete understanding of my needs and his simple
advice about what he thought was best for this project. He was right on and you folks delivered superbly. Thank you. Please feel free to use me as a
reference--I have no problem providing glowing comments about folks who deliver!
